Technical Committee of the Peru’s International Congress for the Global Meetings Industry & EXPO MICE 2026 invites industry experts, researchers, and policymakers to submit original work. Following the success of global industrial summits, this edition focuses on high-stakes technical contributions that define the future of the MICE sector. A proper review requires that your abstract contains adequate information: contextual description, industrial applications, data-driven results, and strategic contributions. This Congress offers a window for international peer recognition and global industrial exposure.

Authors
It is critical to take note of the following:
The submission of abstracts marks the initial stage in the process of submitting technical papers.
Abstracts must only be submitted in English.
If an abstract is accepted, authors will be required to provide both a draft and a final version of their paper.
The final paper must receive approval from the Organizing Committee in order to be included in the Congress Proceedings.
Authors will present their work in person, either through a PowerPoint presentation or a poster presentation at the congress.
Both podium and poster options are available; the Committee will communicate the approved format.
Guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted following the style template provided, including:
Title: (Limited to 100 characters).
Authors: (Including name, company, and country).
Abstract: (Between 300-500 words; technical format).
Lead Author Biography: Short professional profile.
