To ensure a high-intensity business environment, all applicants must demonstrate:

Direct Decision-Making Power: Evidence of authority to select destinations, venues, and service providers for international events.
Confirmed Event Pipeline: A minimum of two (2) international congresses or large-scale exhibitions planned for the 2026–2028 cycle.
