The exhibition floor at Meet In Peru 2026 is designed as a high-performance business node. Every booth is integrated into the congress’s technical ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity and professional branding.

I. STAND CATEGORIES

1. Standard Shell Scheme (9m² / 18m²)

Structure: High-quality aluminum modular system with white melamine panels.
Fascia: Corporate name and booth number in standard vinyl lettering.
Lighting: 3 LED spotlights per 9m² module.
Power: 1 internal socket (220V / 50Hz).
Furniture: 1 information counter, 2 stools, and 1 waste bin.

2. Premium Space Only (Raw Space)

Description: Minimum 18m². Ideal for custom-built brand experiences and double-height structures (subject to committee approval).
Benefits: Total architectural freedom to reflect corporate identity.
Requirements: Technical floor plans and electrical diagrams must be submitted 60 days prior to the event for safety auditing.

II. TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Connectivity: High-density Wi-Fi 6 coverage. Dedicated LAN lines are available upon request for live software demos (AI/ERP).
Lead Retrieval: Every booth includes access to the Odoo-Integrated Lead Management System. Exhibitors can scan delegate badges via the official Congress App to sync real-time data.
Floor Load Capacity: Reinforced flooring for heavy industrial equipment and aerospace logistics displays.
Security: 24/7 technical surveillance and proximity to the main emergency and logistics nodes.

III. EXHIBITOR DELIVERABLES

All exhibitors, regardless of category, receive:

Digital Directory: Profile and contact details in the Digital Asset Folder sent to all delegates.
Networking Access: 2 Exhibitor Badges with access to the main exhibition floor and coffee break areas.
Logistics Support: Assistance with the e-ATA Carnet protocol for temporary admission of international equipment.

IV. DESIGN & ASSEMBLY GUIDELINES

Maximum Height: 2.50m for Standard / 4.50m for Premium (Raw Space).
Assembly Period: August 6–7, 2026.
Dismantling: August 10, 2026.
